Allowing Popups on MCC's Web Site in Safari

In Safari there isn't anyway to allow sites to not get blocked by its popup blocker, but at the same time it's not necessary due to the way Safari's popup blocker works, as will be explained in one part of this walkthrough.

1. On the menu bar, click Safari, then click Preferences...

2. Click on the Security icon, then check the Block pop-up windows checkbox.

3. The following dialog box will appear, explaining that popups caused from clicking a button or link on a page will not get blocked. Click Block.

4. A second way to turn on the popup blocker is to click Safari on the menu bar at the top fo the screen, then click Block Pop-Up Windows.

5. After either way of turning on the Popup blocker, the Block Pop-Up Windows command under the Safari menu will now have a checkmark next to it.
