Logins and Passwords

Due to the high number of calls we receive on a daily basis regarding the confusion surrounding our multiple user names and passwords, we have compiled this easy to reference list of which user names and passwords access which programs and interfaces.

Please note that you may not have access to all of these areas and we may or may not be able to grant you access. If you are using the correct user name and password and are still unable to access the tool, please contact us to have a technician troubleshoot the issue for you. If you need to create a MyMCC username or are not sure if you have one, please contact us or visit the account creation page.

To accurately use the table below please remember the following references:

  • The MEID is the Enterprise ID assigned to all students and employees following the format ABC1234567 or ABCDE12345.
  • The MyMCC Username is created through the MyMCC Portal.
  • The MEMO Password is the password that is required to be changed every 120 days.
  • The MyMCC Password does not expire and does not change.
