This article describes the methods an employee can use to discover their MEMO address or their MEID.

How can I discover my MEMO (District Email) Address?

- Click here to go to the District Directory Search page.
- A search screen similar to what is pictured in Figure 1 will appear.
- The easiest way to search will be to put your last name into the Name: field.

- After you click the Search button, the results will show up on a new screen similar to what is pictured in Figure 2.
- Find your name on the list - your MEMO address is in the second column.
- It is generally in the format of firstname.lastname@mcmail.maricopa.edu
- If you cannot find your name or if a MEMO address does not appear, please Contact Us. We will either help you find what your MEMO account is, or tell you what steps to take to get one created.

How do I find my MEID (Maricopa Enterprise ID)?

- Click here to go to the Personal Administration Tool (PAT).
- A screen similar to what is pictured in Figure 3 will appear in your browser.
- In the Location: drop down menu, be sure to select Mesa College.
- In the Memo Address: field, type your whole MEMO email address
- It is generally in the format of firstname.lastname@mcmail.maricopa.edu
- Type your MEMO password in the Password: field and click the Login button.
- If you cannot remember your MEMO password, please Contact Us.

- A screen similar to what is pictured in Figure 4 will appear in your browser.
- Click on the link that says My Profile:

- A screen with several sections should appear in your browser. Toward the bottom is a section called Additional Information (as shown in Figure 5.)
- Your Maricopa Enterprise ID will be shown in the top right portion of this section (see Figure 5.)
