MyMCC Account Eligibility

Only current employees and currently enrolled students are eligible for a MyMCC account.

If the Account Creation Utility Page has stated that you are not eligible, please read below:

Students

  • If you have not yet registered for classes, you are not eligible for a MyMCC account.
  • If you have registered very recently, it may take about a half hour before the system recognizes your eligibility.
  • Only students registered for classes in the current semester are seen as eligible. So if you are registered and paid for classes in upcoming semesters, but not currently taking classes, you are not eligible for an account until 30 days before the start of your class.


Employees

  • You were recently hired and your information is not in the Human Resources database yet.
  • You have not yet been recorded as the instructor of record for the class you are teaching, or it is more than 30 days before the start date of the class.
  • Your manager/supervisor/department chair has not submitted an Employee Services Request form for you.
