Mymcc webct error

Oops, MyMCC had a problem contacting the webct server!
You can try going to it manually: https://webct.mc.maricopa.edu
If you have reached this page, it means that either MyMCC couldn't contact the WebCT server or you do not have an account on the WebCT server. Please look at the below information to troubleshoot and find out how to get started in your course!
- The Mesa College WebCT server may be offline: Try clicking the above link and logging into WebCT directly. If the page never loads then WebCT is probably down and you should try again shortly.
- New username & password, recently registered?: If you have created your MyMCC username & password recently it may take at least four hours before you can successfully log in and access your course.
- In person class: Not all instructors teaching a class on campus will post documents or scores within WebCT. Check with your instructor if you do not have access.
- Start date: If your course has not yet started (i.e. the course start date is 10/20/08 and you are trying to access the course on 10/1/08) it may not yet be available. Wait until a day or two before class or contact your instructor to find out when the course will be made available.
- Alternate website: Often an instructor may not choose to use WebCT. If this is the case, the instructor typically will have a link on their contact page and/or will e-mail you with alternative course access instructions. Check your instructors contact page (Login to MyMCC, Click on the course name, Click on the Roster link, Click on Contact Page) and then e-mail your instructor if you cannot locate the link.
- Help: If you have reviewed the above steps, either Contact TSS or send an email to dl-webct-admin@mail.mc.maricopa.edu with the name of the course, section number of the course, and your MyMCC username. They will try to assist you.
