MCC's phone system is composed primarily of Cisco IP phones.
If you are having a problem with your phone, please contact us with the following information:
- Extension of the phone having the problem.
- Is it a phone or a fax machine?
- Building number of where this phone is located.
- Room number of where this phone is located.
- The name associated with the phone/phone number.
- A detailed description of the problem.
If we cannot help you, we will log a service request to have your phone fixed.

Your manager (or their designee) will need to use the Employee Services Request form to request the following services for you:
- A new phone install
- A long distance code
- A new voice mail box (including adjunct VM boxes)
- Phone transfers & moves
