Holiday Hours for November 2009 to January 2010
- Technology Support Services will close on Wednesday November 11th in observance of Veterans Day. We will resume our standard Fall Hours of Operation on Thursday November 12, 2009.
- TSS will close on Thursday November 26th through Sunday November 29th for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. We will resume our standard Fall Hours of Operation on Monday November 30th, 2009.
- TSS will close at 12:00pm on December 24th, 2009 and will remain closed until Monday December 28th, 2009.
- There will be NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT during this time.
- TSS will provide limited technical support from December 28th, 2009 through January 3rd, 2009.
- During this time the TSS office is closed to walk-in customers, but we will be responding to emails and voice mail messages between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
- Messages left outside of this time frame will be answered the next day.
- Please note that there will be NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT available on January 1st, 2010.
