MCC's phone system is composed primarily of Cisco IP phones.

To check your voicemail from off-campus, please dial (480)731-8866 and follow the voice prompts.

If you are having a problem with your phone, please contact us with the following information:

  • Extension of the phone having the problem.
  • Is it a phone or a fax machine?
  • Building number of where this phone is located.
  • Room number of where this phone is located.
  • The name associated with the phone/phone number.
  • A detailed description of the problem.

If we cannot help you, we will log a service request to have your phone fixed.

Your manager (or their designee) will need to use the Employee Services Request form to request the following services for you:

  • A new phone install
  • A long distance code
  • A new voice mail box (including adjunct VM boxes)
  • Phone transfers & moves
